Job summary

NAB India is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with strong DevOps/SRE and IAM development background to join our innovation-driven team. You will design, deploy and support the Enterprise identity and access management platform, and help deliver reliable, scalable services for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as an operations engineer and tester in a complex, enterprise-level development environment.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role.
• 3+ years in identity and access management development.
• 3+ years in incident and problem management in a production support setting.
• Knowledge of identity federation: SAMO, OAuth 2.0, Liberty, OpenID Connect, Authorisation policy management.
• Experience with network, operating system, database and storage support.
• Solid understanding of automated software application builds and deployments.
• Experience in agile software development
• Experience working on critical, highly available production systems.

• Maintain and support automation test suite.
• Develop, deploy and support delivery tools.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues in our development, test and production environments.
• Building and proactively monitoring the platform for enuring key platform KPIs are measured and adhered to.
• Perform production operations support, including being on roster for after hour support.
• Manage frequent, incremental code testing and deployment utilising a wide variety of open source technologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to SCM branching and merging strategies.

Your New Role
