Job summary

NAB India is seeking experienced professionals to drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects, leveraging data analytics and workflow technologies like Pega. The role emphasizes strong leadership, documentation, and communication with senior stakeholders.

Candidates should have extensive experience in delivering projects from requirements gathering to GoLive, with a focus on quality, auditability, and hybrid collaboration across teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in requirements gathering and delivery of client deliverables (preferably on IBM BPM or Service Now or Dynamic 365).
• End-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to GoLive.
• Knowledge of Pega guardrails and frameworks for Finance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects with a focus on data analytics and workflow technologies.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and ensure auditability of outputs.
• Drive CI/CD practices and ensure high-quality documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Experience

• 14+ years of experience on requirements gathering and delivery of client deliverables (preferably on IBM BPM or Service Now or Dynamic 365 )
• Experience in delivery of projects end to end i,e from Requirements gathering to GoLive
• Understanding of Pega guardrails and frameworks for Finance industry would be an added advantage
• Technical Domain experience
• Tools such as Rally, Confluence, AWS, etc

Other capabilities

• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Strong strategic planning capabilities

Qualification Requirements

Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
