Job summary

NAB India seeks a Process Improvement & Re-engineering Consultant to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will translate insights into clear process flows, drive standardisation, and enable automation while delivering effective change across functions.

The role requires extensive experience in process improvement within financial services, strong governance, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve scalable, customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience driving enterprise-level change programs.

YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for a Lean/Six Sigma Expert for Process Re-engineering (Corporate & Institutional Banking). Experienced in global banking or financial services environments, with strong understanding of market dynamics across geographies, is preferred.

In this role, you will drive customer‑centric process improvement initiatives by translating insights into clear process flows, requirements, and optimisation opportunities. You’ll play a key part in strengthening service design, enabling automation, and supporting change adoption through effective communication and structured delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Produce high‑quality process documentation and process maps, accurately capturing current and future state processes to support standardisation, simplification, and informed decision‑making
• Support effective project delivery by maintaining plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, and providing timely, accurate status reporting across workstreams
• Enable change delivery by contributing to the development of change and communication artefacts that support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new ways of working
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, operations, and enablement teams to gather inputs, validate outputs, and ensure alignment to delivery objectives
• Apply delivery and governance discipline, ensuring artefacts, data, and reporting meet required standards and escalating issues, risks, or gaps as appropriate

What we are looking for:

• 15+ Experience with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive enterprise‑level change programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, scalability and value creation.
• Establish clear governance structures, monitor risks, and ensure effective change management and adoption across impacted teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high‑quality documentation and presentations
• Working Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum Delivery approached and change management frameworks
• Capability in digital, automation, and AI concepts, with the ability to support their application to process re‑engineering
• Supporting complex change initiatives across operational environments and build strong relationships by working collaboratively & influence stakeholders.
• Adapt to a changing environment, present challenges with alternative solutions. Growth Mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
• Experience in Advanced Analysis & Problem Solving with demonstrable measurement technique
• Proven track record for delivery of complex change initiatives globally.
