Job summary

Your New Role

• Product Owner for Workplace Data Services including Intranet, SharePoint, Search, Data stewardship & more as directed.
• Establish business outcomes, success metrics, & adoption targets.
• Develop & drive innovation across the services. Champion continuous improvement & maturity across the services.
• Prioritize initiatives based on NAB strategy, customer needs, business value, regulatory & risk.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships & represent Workplace in senior forums & decision-making bodies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, & regulatory requirements.
• Define & maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, & controls for unstructured content.
• Act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution & risk mitigation.
• Monitor analytics & continuously optimize the services based on data-driven insights
• Establish & maintain enterprise knowledge management practices. Drive content lifecycle management, review processes, archiving, retention, & ownership models.
• Promote communities of practice & knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
• Drive the supporting squad delivery alongside the roadmap, business adoption & compliance
• Strategic Leadership: Set direction for Workplace Data & ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Technology Enablement: Drive technology initiatives to deliver innovation & operational efficiency.
• Colleague: Deliver high performing, innovative & intuitive services to constantly uplift the experience for colleagues across Workplace Data.

What Will You Bring

• Leading multi-layered teams in complex environments.Driving workplace technology & digital transformation and Managing operational delivery across multiple streams
• Representing function in senior leadership forums. Resolving escalations & critical operational issues

• Product Owner & Strategic Leadership: Ability to set direction & align local operations with global strategy.
• Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of tech platforms & digital transformation: Information architecture, governance & compliance, SharePoint Online & M365, Enterprise Search & Copilot, Data & analytics
• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Proactive approach to resolving escalations & driving results utilising, metrics, KPI's, analytical data & trends metrics
• Change Leadership: Competence in leading change, adoption & embedding improvement culture.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding NAB investment & BAU funding controls & apply for effective delivery.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, & mitigate operational & tech risks.
• Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication across diverse audiences & cultures. Ability to influence & represent Workplace at senior levels.
