NAB India invites applications for the position of Associate Vice President, Senior Analyst Engineering, based at Gurugram. The role focuses on leading engineering teams to deliver mission-critical microservices with cloud-native architecture across the full SDLC.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in enterprise delivery, hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot/Kafka, and strong CI/CD and cloud expertise.

The role of Senior Analyst Engineering will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognized as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders. The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems across the full SDLC, ultimately assisting in moving technology forward.

Experience:

It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience

• 12+ years in enterprise delivery with 2+ years leading engineering teams
• Proven design and delivery of mission‑critical microservices (Java/Spring Boot/Kafka)
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, performance, and resilience (AWS/Azure)
• Hands‑on in modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, automated testing, build & release, config management)
• Structured, data‑driven decision maker delivering measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment
• Experience in Payments / Financial Services preferred; promotes test‑and‑learn and continuous improvement mindset

Essential capabilities:

• Experience in providing technology client service
• Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem‑solve and trouble‑shoot.
• Knowledge & experience with Build languages
• Focus on quality and detail.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and auditability

Qualification Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in technology related degree
