Senior US IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Role and Responsibilities:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in US recruitment and sourcing.

Strong hands-on experience handling both US IT and Non-IT requirements.

Strong experience hiring W2 candidates for full-time and contract positions.

Strong experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

Strong experience calling candidates directly, conducting initial screening calls, and actively engaging candidates over the phone.

Understand each job description and develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and recruit the best talent for our direct clients.

Source and recruit candidates through job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable working Night Shift as per US hours.
