Job summary

Noise Consulting Group is seeking an outgoing Sr. Recruiter with IT recruiting background to support our US client base from our Hyderabad office. This full-time role offers significant career growth and requires working a night shift to align with US East Coast hours.

The candidate will manage full lifecycle recruitment, source passive candidates, screen and present qualified talent, and maintain ATS records. Excellent verbal and professional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of professional recruitment experience.
• 3+ years IT recruitment experience (systems analyst, architect, developer, tester, PM).
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via outreach, cold calls, talent mapping.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and relationship building.
• Ability to multi-task, think strategically, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Night Shift: able to work US East Coast hours.
• English language proficiency and full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies and manage full lifecycle recruitment for US client roles.
• Source candidates via internal and external channels to provide a strong qualified pool.
• Conduct pre-screenings by phone/Skype and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

Looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Sr. Recruiter with IT Recruiting background to join our fast paced team! Position has significant opportunity for rapid career growth. Successful candidate(s) will be part of a team of recruiters supporting US client base from our Hyderabad office. Must have excellent verbal and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment strategies and full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of professional roles being recruited for in the US. Pro-actively identify and source candidates through internal and external channels, including continuous review of resumes, networking, cold calling, reaching out to passive candidates, to ensure hiring managers are provided with a pool of highly qualified talent.

• Calling and obtaining commitment / securing qualified candidates.
• Able to negotiate the best rate with qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate pre-screenings in person, via phone or Skype to assess capabilities and provide a highly qualified shortlist of candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain and monitor applicant tracking systems in a timely manner in order to keep applicant data up to date.
• Reviewing and updating resumes to ensure fit for role is clearly indicated.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience at the professional level handling a variety of roles.
• Minimum 3 years Experience recruiting and sourcing IT (Systems analyst, Architect, Developer, Tester) and Project Management roles
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through outreach, cold calling, talent mapping
• Very strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and client management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, multi task and identify creative solutions in an ever changing environment.
• Proficient computer skills with MS, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Applicant Tracking Systems
• Energetic and enthusiastic ambassador of the company
• Strong communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
