Job summary

VIDORRA LLC in India is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for US IT staffing, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified resources to client teams.

This role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and solid knowledge of visa types (OPT/CPT, H1B, USC). You will engage with vendors and internal teams to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Full cycle of US IT Recruitment: sourcing, screening, submitting, negotiating, and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• 4+ years in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles.
• Experience with OPT/CPT, H1B, and USCs and related visa processes.
• Knowledge of W2, Corp-to-Corp, and 1099 employment types.
• Negotiate H1 transfers and manage referrals to W2 consultants.
• Familiarity with Ceipal ATS and major job portals.
• Proactive communication with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting team for client/vendor requirements.
• Update and maintain monthly interview reports.

About the Role

Note: Candidates who are having relevant real-time work experience only should apply. This is not a trainee position. Remote opportunity. There are multiple opportunities across all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Having 4+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Well Experienced in handling the full cycle of US IT Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing resources from the job portals, doing the required screening based on client requirements, submitting the resource to the concerned Team Leads, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules and maintaining a cordial relationship with the resources.
• Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, & USCs.
• Knowledge of employment type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
• Ability to negotiate on H1 Transfers.
• Knowledge of ATS Solutions like Ceipal.
• Knowledge of job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and social media Platforms.
• Able to handle and turn H1B transfers and referrals on to our W2 Consultants.
• Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
• Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients.
• Coordinate with the internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor requirements.
• Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews.

Qualifications - Graduation

Required Skills

Having 4+ Years of Proven Experience in US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of US IT Recruitment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099. Ability to negotiate on H1 Transfers.

Work Hours

Timings - 08:00 AM CST - 5:00 PM CST
