Job summary

NLB Services is hiring a US IT Recruiter (W2) to join our Noida office. You will source, screen, and hire IT professionals for US-based roles, managing W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements and building a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires hands-on experience with major job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 5 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with US work authorization (H1B, GC, etc.).
• Hands-on sourcing via major portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation & stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry and be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions.

• Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, GC-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and/or Implementation Partners is preferred.
