• Edit and format resumes ensuring consistency and technical quality before presenting to clients.
• Maintain candidate/vendor relations and update progress of submittals.
• Coordinate interviews, closures, paperwork and onboarding.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
• Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
• Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
• Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
• Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
• Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• US IT Staffing & Recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing & screening.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Job Portals.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of US IT roles and hiring.
