Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop onboarding programs for new employees with Effective ADDIE model.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
• Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal.
• Introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and HR.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders.
