Job summary

Overture Rede seeks a Senior Sales Trainer with extensive Agri-Input industry experience to deliver a practical Sales Excellence program. The role covers online and offline training for a leading agriculture/biotech organization, focusing on sales fundamentals, field productivity and capability development.

Ideal candidates have 15–20+ years in sales training, strong facilitation and expertise in agro-chemical sectors, with hands-on experience in dealer management and field coaching.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in the Agri-Input / Agriculture industry.
• Background in Agrochemicals, Crop Protection, Seeds, Fertilizers, Plant Nutrition, Biostimulants, Biofertilizers or related sectors.
• Hands-on experience in sales, trade marketing, territory management and dealer/distributor management.
• Proven experience in sales training, sales capability development or coaching sales teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver practical training using case studies, role plays, field scenarios and interactive exercises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a practical and business-focused Sales Excellence Program for the agriculture/biotech sector.
• Develop and implement training modules for the agri-input industry across online and offline formats.
• Coach sales teams and executives to improve field productivity and performance.
• Utilize case studies, role plays, field scenarios and interactive exercises to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor content to client needs.
