Qualifications

• Analyzing the system capability and delivering solutions on cross-functional issues.

• Develop system understanding and assist with exceptional case in the order life cycle.
• Designing detailed PRDs and coordinating with developers to share product development requirements.
• Identifying and highlighting cross-functional SOP related issues as per the developed system.
