The role emphasizes ADDIE-based training, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable outcomes to drive workforce effectiveness across the organization. Prior training experience and strong communication are essential.

• 6 Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding programs for new employees with Effective ADDIE model.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
• Make sure the trainings conducted are aligned with the company goal
• Introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads and HR,
• Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes, preparing comprehensible reports for leadership and stakeholders.
