About the Role

We are looking for experienced BPO Sales Trainer with a strong background in Banking/Collections processes. The ideal candidate should be able to train and upskill sales/collections teams, design training content, and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and collections training for new hires and existing employees in the Banking BPO process.
• Deliver product, process, voice & soft skills training in a structured and effective manner.
• Develop, update, and manage training modules, assessments, and training calendars.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, floor observations, and feedback sessions.
• Coach and mentor agents to improve sales conversion, compliance, and customer handling.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
• Ensure trainers and trainees adhere to process compliance, especially banking regulations.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership.
