Job description

• Tendering & Bidding: Identify relevant tenders, review tender documents, prepare bid submissions, and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
• BOQ Preparation: Prepare, review, and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and project drawings.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and proposals.
• Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements, clarify technical queries, follow up on quotations, and maintain strong business relationships.
• Vendor Coordination & Mapping: Identify, map, and coordinate with suitable vendors and suppliers for pricing, product specifications, availability, and delivery timelines.
• AutoCAD & Technical Drawings: Read, interpret, and prepare or modify AutoCAD drawings as required for project proposals and tender submissions.
• SLD Knowledge: Understand, read, and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and other relevant electrical or technical drawings.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain tender documents, compliance sheets, technical specifications, comparison statements, and supporting documents.
• Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and smooth execution of sales activities.
• Follow-ups & Reporting: Track tender deadlines, quotation status, customer responses, and vendor pricing; maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Commercial Negotiation Support: Assist in price negotiations, vendor comparisons, and finalization of commercial offers.
• Order Coordination: Support the sales team in order processing, purchase coordination, and communication with customers and vendors after order confirmation.
