Vanson Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to manage communications with sales teams, process enquiries, and support tender and quotation activities.

The role involves vendor registrations, preparing documents, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in sales coordination and hold any graduate degree. You will work closely with multiple departments to streamline sales operations and filing

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or related role.
• Graduate degree in any field is acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating with Concern sales persons, forwarding mails, new enquires
• Vendor registration in various portal for the new development items and tender portals
• Supporting new sales persons in identifying the customers and providing previous details if available.
• Identifying new tenders in portals
• Preparing Quotation, Tender documents & monthly presentations
• Follow up Pending Payment, Tender EMD and SD
• Getting drawing approval from customer and forwarding to production
• Getting dispatch details from factory and forwarding to customers
• Follow up on pending offers, expected orders
• Review of Purchase order and preparing documents required for dispatch
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
• Ensure to follow the company rules, regulation and policies
