Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a maintenance professional to troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet and Chemical dipping equipment. You will identify root causes and implement corrective actions to meet downtime targets, perform PM activities and maintain accurate SAP records.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics, 3–5 years in related semiconductor plating processes, and the ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts. Experience in plating is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Must have passed SPM including Maths & English.
• Experience in plating industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair MECO, Water Jet & Chemical dipping equipment issues; identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve downtime KPI targets.
• Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure PM records are updated in SAP.
• Support continuous improvement and maintenance projects to improve OEE (speed, cost, quality).
• Assist with new tool/equipment installation and commissioning; provide setup support and handover readiness.
• Maintain full compliance with Safety, 5S & Cleanroom protocols and promote a safe work environment.
