Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Melaka, Malaysia, seeks a Principal Engineer for Product & Test Engineering in our R&D team to shape future technology, drive projects and deliver new ideas to life.

You will develop innovative test methods, optimize ATE software, design test hardware for Front End wafer and Back End final test, and transfer packages to production sites globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering required.
• 5+ years in HV Gate Driver IC/IPM testing; 2+ years for wide bandgap test development.
• Experience with GaN/SiC devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative test methods including DFT and optimize test software for ATE.
• Design power test hardware for Front End wafer and Back End final test.
• Transfer test packages to production sites in Europe and Asia (≤10% travel).
