Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleIn this role, you will drive planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives for the Trim Form Singulation process to ensure optimum equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will also lead equipment governance, qualification of new platforms, and implementation of engineering solutions to support manufacturing excellence and business objectives.Drive and build planned maintenance definition with high availability, good reliability and appropriate quality performanceLead the planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensivelyDevelop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility and define the parts life span and consumptionManage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to it fullest performanceDevelop and execute EQ governance business process / frameworkDrive a culture based of equipment improvement on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actionsCollaboration with module MNT and PUR in driving the maintenance cost optimization projectExecute new equipment and new technology qualification and cascading for productionYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou strive for operational excellence by leveraging your semiconductor manufacturing expertise, analytical mindset, and systematic problem-solving skills to drive equipment performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
