Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Staff Engineer Equipment Engineering to drive planned maintenance and continuous improvement for critical trim form singulation equipment. You will lead maintenance teams, develop schedules, and optimize costs while ensuring high availability and reliability across the assembly line.

The role requires a masters or bachelor’s in engineering and at least 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

• Proficient in systematic problem-solving methods (8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fishbone, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Drive planned maintenance and continuous improvement for the Trim Form Singulation process to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Lead maintenance teams and technicians to execute scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools and define parts life span and consumption.
• Manage maintenance cost to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Develop and implement EQ governance processes and engineering solutions through training, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with module MNT and PUR on maintenance cost optimization projects.
• Execute new equipment and technology qualification and cascading for production.
