Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in India seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to perform hands-on setup, troubleshoot and maintain semiconductor EOL Trim and From, EAV and Mold handler equipment. You will work with technicians and senior engineers to ensure high uptime and adherence to maintenance processes.

You will collaborate actively during new technology ramp-ups, conduct audits and implement preventive counter measures while supporting the maintenance team to deliver reliable production

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering; must pass SPM with Maths & English.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience on semiconductor EOL Trim/From, EAV and Mold handler equipment.
• Strong technical skills in equipment setup, basic hardware troubleshooting and routine maintenance execution.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with audits; strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate with technicians and support senior engineers across functions.
