Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a candidate to perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development projects. You will support analytical services in Imaging & Preparation and ensure compliance with 5S and safety guidelines.

The role requires maintaining analytical equipment, handling chemical waste disposal, and collaborating with engineers. A 12-hour rotating shift (7am–7pm, 7pm–7am) is part of the position, with opportunities to contribute to decarbonization and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.
• Passed SPM including Maths and English.
• Minimum 6 years of QM Failure Analysis experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation for new and existing development projects.
• Support analytical services (Imaging & Preparation) and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Maintain analytical equipment to keep it in good condition.
• Enforce 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations.
• Dispose of chemical waste and critical waste.
• Interact with engineers and internal teams and support ad-hoc requests.
