Microland Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Technical Specialist - Security (SE1) to shape enterprise security architectures and roadmaps. You will lead technology rollouts, document processes, and ensure designs meet security requirements across SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN.

The role requires hands-on design, deployment, and collaboration with customers, with expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, Check Point and PrismaSASE, along with PCNSE/CCNP/CCSP certifications.

Competenze

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA required.
• Security technologies and vendor products listed in the skills section.
• Experience with enterprise network security designs.

Mansioni

• Research and define 3–5 year roadmap and strategy for infrastructure security.
• Plan and execute new technology rollouts; manage SOPs and KB articles.

Research and define three to five year roadmap and strategy related to various aspects of the Infrastructure network.

• * Responsible for planning & execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles. Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.
• *Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.
• * Participating in solution design and execution
• * Collaborating with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization s network & security requirements.
• * Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.
• * Continuously assessing, reviewing and refining the Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
• * Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Overall Design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed.
• * Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• * Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.

• * Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
