Qualifications

• Engineering degree required: BE/BTech or MCA.
• Certifications listed in the posting include CCNP/PSNSE/CCSP/NSE4/5/ZIA/VCP/PCNSE/CCNA/AZ-900.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN architectures and security integrations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design and execution.
• Collaborate with Customer IT teams to ensure designs meet network and security requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN operates per design.
• Continuously refine network solutions to meet changing business needs and standards.
• Document designs and provide training to IT staff as needed.
• Monitor performance and optimize as needed; ensure first-time resolution where possible.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and solutions.
