Job summary

Microland Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Technical Architect - Security to lead security architecture across enterprise networks, SD-WAN, and wireless LAN.

You will design, implement, and govern security solutions; collaborate with client IT teams and internal groups; develop roadmaps and SOPs to strengthen infrastructure security.

The role emphasizes hands-on planning, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing to drive robust security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineer - BE/BTech/MCA.
• Certification: PCNSE/PCSFE.
• Experience with security technologies and network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Research and define a three to five year roadmap and strategy for Infrastructure network.
• Plan and execute new technology roll outs, scope expansion and team readiness; manage SOPs and KB articles.
• Analyze business requirements and develop network design roadmaps aligned with IT strategy.
• Participate in solution design and execution.
• Collaborate with Customer IT teams to ensure designs meet security and network needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN operate as designed.
• Document solutions and provide training; monitor performance and optimize as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for smooth integration.

• Responsible for planning & execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles. Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.
• Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.

• Collaborating with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization s network & security requirements.

• Continuously assessing, reviewing and refining the Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Overall Design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed.
• Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
