Microland Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist - Security (SE2) to lead security-focused infrastructure design and deployment. You will research roadmaps, plan technology rollouts, and align network security with the overall IT strategy.

Collaborate with client IT teams, configure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN, and continuously refine architectures to meet evolving needs. The role requires an engineering degree and hands-on expertise in Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Zscaler, and cloud networking.

Formación

• Engineering degree required (B.E / B.Tech / MCA).
• Security-focused IT infrastructure role with vendor tech exposure.
• Experience with security architectures and network designs.

Responsabilidades

• Research and define multi-year network security roadmap and strategy.
• Plan and execute technology rollouts, develop SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Design network solutions aligning with IT strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure security requirements are met.
• Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN products per design.
• Refine architectures to meet changing business needs and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation and provide training to staff.
• Monitor solution performance and iterate optimizations as required.

Research and define three to five year roadmap and strategy related to various aspects of the Infrastructure network.

• Responsible for planning & execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles. Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.
• Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organisation s overall IT strategy and goals.
• Participating in solution design and execution
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organisation s network & security requirements.
• Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.
• Continuously assessing, reviewing and refining the Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Overall Design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed.
• Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
