Job summary

Microland Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Network & Security (NS1) in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing and guiding network and security solutions, including WAN/LAN/WLAN, Meraki, F5, Cisco, Palo Alto, Versa and cloud networking technologies.

The candidate will drive architecture, collaborate with client IT teams and coordinate with vendors to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The position emphasizes analyzing requirements, creating roadmaps, and ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Analyzing business requirements, project scope and developing network design roadmaps.
• Participating in solution design and execution.
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams to meet network and security requirements.
• Configuring and troubleshooting OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN alignment with design.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN operation per architectural standards.
• Update and align network solutions with changing business needs and industry standards.
• Monitor solution performance and resolve issues to improve performance.
• Document solutions and provide training to team members as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and architectures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with existing systems.
• Interface with vendors for evaluation, implementation and support of deployed gear.
• Handle complex or escalated network outages and resolutions.
• Manage SOPs, knowledge documents, and KB articles.
