Job summary

Microland Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Architect - Security (SE3) to lead security architecture initiatives in Bengaluru. The role emphasizes strategic roadmapping, technology rollout, and cross-functional collaboration across IT teams.

You will design and implement security-focused network solutions, configure OEM products, and mentor staff, ensuring SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN align with architectural standards and business goals. This position requires BE/BTech/MCA and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA
• Technology | 401/402 certification
• In-depth knowledge of security fundamentals and network design concepts

Responsibilities

• Research and define three to five year roadmap and strategy related to various aspects of the Infrastructure network.
• Planning & execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team from technology standpoint. Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles.
• Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.
• Participating in solution design and execution
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization s network & security requirements.
• Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.
• Continuously assessing, reviewing and refining the Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Overall Design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed.
• Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
