Job summary

Microland Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Architect - Network & Security (NS2) to design and oversee advanced networking and security solutions including SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud networking.

You will analyze requirements, collaborate with customer IT teams, configure and troubleshoot equipment from Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Meraki, and Checkpoint, and produce architecture documents. The role also involves maintaining comprehensive documentation and training team members.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree in BE/BTech or MCA.
• Professional certifications in networking and security are a plus.
• Experience with SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN and security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and developing network design roadmaps.
• Participating in solution design and execution with customers.
• Configuring and troubleshooting network gear to meet standards.
• Maintaining documentation of solutions and architectures.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure integration with existing systems.
• Interfacing with vendors for evaluation and support.
• Managing SOPs, knowledge documents, KB articles.

Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.

• Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.

• Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.

• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
