Microland Limited is hiring a Technical Specialist - Network & Security (NS2) in Bengaluru. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing scalable network and security solutions, and aligning with IT strategy.

You will collaborate with Customer IT teams and configure SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN and security gear to meet architecture standards. The position involves troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure high-availability and secure

Qualificações

Engineer degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA) required.
Experience with SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN and network security.
Strong knowledge of Cisco technology stack and vendor products.

Responsabilidades

Analyse business requirements and design network solutions that align with IT strategy.
Collaborate with Customer IT teams to ensure designs meet security requirements.
Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN devices and security gear to adhere to architecture.
Monitor performance and optimize network solutions.
Document solutions and maintain architectural diagrams and SOPs.
Interface with vendors for evaluation, implementation and support.
Assist in resolving complex network outages and escalations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and architectures.

Participating in solution design and execution
Collaborating with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization s network & security requirements.
Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.
Aligning with the changing Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
Interface with Vendors regarding evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear.
Work on resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages.
Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles.
