🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles
• Understand the requirements & curate JDs, do the job postings
• Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews
• Maintain ATS and build strong talent pipelines
• Support onboarding and ongoing hiring initiatives
• Participate in campus hiring and employer branding activities

👤 What You Bring

• 4+ years of IT recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills across varied portals
• Proficiency in Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
• Experience recruiting in a small organization (70–100 employees)
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s/MBA preferred; English-medium background is Mandatory
