Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, sourcing candidates across top platforms, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and building pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to close roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US IT and Engineering staffing experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT skills (e.g., Java, DevOps, .Net) and manufacturing requirements.
• Deep understanding of W2, work authorization categories in the US.
• Experience with leading job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, referrals, and more.
• Handle Direct Client, VMS, and MSP requirements.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage offers.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain ATS/CRM records.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive closures.

Senior/Lead US Technical & US Engineering Recruiters - US Staffing

Shift: EST & PST

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.

Work on Direct Client, VMS, and MSP requirements.

Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage offers.

Build talent pipelines and maintain ATS/CRM records.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive successful closures.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of US IT and Engineering Staffing experience.
• Solid fundamental knowledge of IT Skills (Java, DevOps, .Net etc.) plus Engineering and Manufacturing requirements.
• Strong understanding of W2 workflow and US work authorization categories.
• Experience with leading job boards and sourcing platforms.
