Job summary

The Judge Group in Noida is seeking Recruiters for our Direct clients in the Healthcare vertical. This on-site role requires alignment with the EST shift (05:30 PM- 02:30 AM IST) and a strong focus on end-to-end US recruitment within Healthcare.

You will support sourcing, Boolean and social recruiting strategies to fulfill positions for US clients. We value hands-on sourcing expertise, teamwork, and strict adherence to security and compliance norms while delivering timely results in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Candidates from US Staffing industry with hands on experience in sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
• 1+ years experience proven US Recruitment.
• Experience in W2 is mandatory.
• Experience working Healthcare domain.
• Strong Experience in Boolean Search; LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
• Follow all the security measures and objective as per the role and abide by the same
