• 1+ years of experience in Telecom & Aerospace hiring.
• Proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Experience working on all United States Tax-terms (W2, 1099, Corp2Corp).

• Maintain relationships with Health Providers.

We are actively seeking strong Telecom or Aerospace Recruiters to join our successful team in Noida.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews, and a high-volume outbound call phone strategy.
• Search Applicant Tracking System, social media, and other platforms to find caregivers for our open Travel and
• Establish relationships with Health Providers and maintain a pipeline of providers to encourage a long-term working relationship.
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure candidate viability and arrange client interview

Your Experience:

• 2+ Years of a proven track record in a US based Staffing Company
• 1+ Years of experience in Telecom & Aerospace hiring.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
• Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099, and corp2corp).
