Infojini Inc. in Noida (onsite) urgently seeks a Senior Recruiter for the US staffing domain. This IC role requires 4–8 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa processes (H1B, OPT, GC, USC).

You will source candidates, screen for technical and communication skills, and manage ATS to close roles on time. The ideal candidate excels in negotiation, communication, and building client-vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2 - Full time).
• Understand and work on US tax terms & visa (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for technical and communication skills.
• Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and close positions within deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
• Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
