Job summary

VySystems is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter Lead for domestic recruitment based in Chennai. You will manage end-to-end IT hiring, source candidates through popular portals, screen for technical fit, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

You will guide junior recruiters, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure timely closures in a fast-paced environment with immediate joining preferred. Valasarakkam, Chennai candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment/domestic recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates who can work from Valasarakkam, Chennai are preferred.
