Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of US technical recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

What We're Looking For
