Job summary

MD Consultancy Solutions seeks a skilled Team Lead to manage a team of AR Assistants and AR Executives, ensuring efficient medical billing processes within the US Healthcare RCM scope.

You will review aging, guide the team, and ensure compliance with US RCM standards, while coordinating with internal teams. Experience in AR follow-up and denial management is essential, with willingness to work US night shifts from Pune.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM cycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of medical billing, claims, denials, appeals, and AR aging.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AR assistants and AR Executives to ensure efficient medical billing processes.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-value and aging accounts for follow-up.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of AR assistants to ensure efficient medical billing processes.
• Lead and manage a team of AR Executives/AR Callers to ensure efficient and timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Must be well-versed in the details of alevels and functions within the full scope of the Revenue Cycle of US Healthcare.
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-value, critical, and aging accounts for timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of medical billing.
• Strong leadership and ability to delegate and provide direction.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare RCM standards and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post-Graduate
