Solvedge is recruiting for a senior AR/RCM leader to drive day-to-day US healthcare operations from Chennai. You will guide teams, monitor performance, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues and delivering timely MIS insights.

You will collaborate across departments to maintain SLA adherence and continuously improve processes while managing escalations and targets.

Competenze

• 7-12 years of experience in US Healthcare AR/RCM.
• Strong understanding of AR and RCM processes.
• Experience in leading teams and handling clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to meet targets, manage escalations and client needs.
• Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.

• Manage client communication and maintain good client relationships.
• Participate in client calls and discuss process performance, issues, and action plans.
• Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor AR aging, denials, claim follow-up, and outstanding accounts.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
