Job summary

Omega Healthcare in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Team Lead for RCM operations. You will manage denials and AR follow-up, ensure accuracy and timely claim submission, and mentor billing associates.

The role requires strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, good communication, and experience in multi-speciality billing. Night shift with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in RCM.
• Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and US insurance rules.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Experience in multi-speciality billing is an added advantage.
