Job summary

Knack RCM in Jaipur seeks an experienced leader for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The role will guide a 25–30 member DME billing team, overseeing daily operations such as claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in US healthcare RCM, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role, and a strong grasp of Medicare/Medicaid billing, AR, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience as Team Lead / Assistant Team Lead / SME handling teams.
• Strong knowledge of DME Billing, AR, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Claims Processing, Medicare & Medicaid Billing, Commercial Insurance Billing, Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 25-30 DME Billing professionals.
• Monitor daily billing operations, claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management activities.
• Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Drive collections and revenue realization through effective claim management and AR recovery.
• Analyze operational reports, dashboards, and productivity metrics.
• Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage staffing, attendance, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and payer-specific billing guidelines.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Support client reporting, operational reviews, and escalation management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, HR, and MIS teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Support automation and workflow optimization projects.
