Job summary

Collabera in Vadodara is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for multiple technology domains. You will recruit, interview, evaluate, and place candidates on contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent roles while mentoring junior colleagues.

You will leverage creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and maintain an accurate ATS to support client engagements and workforce strategy.

• Construct Boolean search strings to expedite candidate discovery.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fit.
• Review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand hiring needs and tech skills.
• Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and candidates.
• Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.
• Proactively network with user groups and potential talent, maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and stay abreast of technology trends.
