Job summary

Collabera is actively seeking an Associate Talent Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across industries. The role involves sourcing candidates, evaluating fit, coordinating interviews, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

The candidate will collaborate with the North America sales team and manage ongoing communications to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description; understand client requirements and execute a search plan to identify potential candidates.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
• Assess candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to leverage referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and terms of employment and securing commitment from candidates.
• Submitting candidate resumes to hiring managers for review and consideration.
• Timely communication with candidates and updates on candidature.
• Partner with onsite sales team in North America to understand client needs and requirements.
• Engage regularly with candidates via email, voice, and video calls.
