Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
• Collaborate with department heads and HRBP to define hiring needs and job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and shortlist for further interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and internal policies.
• Support onboarding processes and improve candidate experience.
