Job summary

Techila Global Services in Pune seeks an experienced IT recruitment professional to own end-to-end hiring for technology roles and partner with hiring managers to close critical openings.

You bring 4–7 years in IT recruitment, strong contract staffing and full-time hiring experience, proven individual contributor success, team leadership, and excellent sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience in Contract Staffing and Full Time recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals across Salesforce, Java, .NET, SAP, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers.
• Proven experience as an individual contributor with a strong track record of closing requirements.
• Experience leading, managing, mentoring and growing a recruitment team.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Experience working with IT services / staffing clients and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong candidate negotiation and closure skills.
• Good understanding of compensation, notice periods, candidate availability and IT hiring market dynamics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high priority requirements.
• Strong ownership, accountability and target orientation.

Job description

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably within an IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services or Technology Services organisation.

• Strong hands on experience in Contract Staffing and Full Time recruitment.

• Experience recruiting technology professionals across skills such as Salesforce, Java, .NET, SAP, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers and other IT skill sets would be preferred.
• Proven experience as an individual contributor with a strong track record of closing requirements.

• Prior experience in leading, managing, mentoring and growing a recruitment team.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

• Experience working with IT services / staffing clients and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong candidate negotiation and closure skills.
