Job summary

Inference Labs in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for data analytics and technology roles. You will source top talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong role alignment.

You will also support employer branding initiatives and leverage recruitment analytics to optimise hiring efficiency and quality, driving a data-driven approach to attract analytics professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in data analytics, IT, or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of analytics roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, BI Developer, ML Engineer, Data Engineer).

  • Identify, attract, and engage candidates for roles in data analytics, data science, BI, and related fields.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to build pipelines.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
• Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
• Employer Branding
  • Promote the company’s culture and opportunities to attract top analytics talent.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and university programs.
• Data-Driven Recruitment
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
