Job summary

Asian Institute Of Gastroenterology is looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, screen and shortlist candidates, and drive interviews to align with our organizational culture and needs.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to build a robust candidate pool and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in an IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new hires.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
