Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong Technical IT Recruiter with 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, good technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT/technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Build effective Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for challenging requirements.
• Understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates based on skill, experience, and
• project exposure.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical fitment, communication, CTC, notice
• period, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, manage offers, and drive closures/joinings.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and meet defined recruitment targets.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT sourcing, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Cloud,
• DevOps, QA, Data, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently handle multiple and niche technical requirements.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and strong in recruitment closures
