• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably IT services).
• Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
