Job summary

SES S.A Brazil in Chennai, IN is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Application Analyst to configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects) and translate HRIS requirements into system configurations.

You will advise the HRIS Product Owner on capabilities, lead impact assessments for enhancements and releases, own data models and workflows, coordinate UAT, document decisions, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects).

• Adhere to project plans, identify dependencies and resources.
• Communicate status, escalate issues, and manage timelines.
• Foster collaboration with diverse teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Time Off, MDF objects).

• Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.


• Provide recommendations for integrating with SAP and third-party HCM systems.


• Adhere to project plans, tasks and deliverables, identify dependencies and resource requirements.


• Appropriately communicates about the status of the projects, escalates any issues, and ef-fectively manages timelines and action items.


• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse business, functional, and technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field


• 5+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors


• Good English language skills (written and verbal)
